Cy Pres Award to Law Foundation of Silicon Valley
Our firm, in association with co-counsel Jeffrey Forster and Steven Levy, is pleased to announce a cy pres award presented to the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley in excess of $142,000, one of the largest awards ever given to the Law Foundation. The award resulted from a consumer class action case involving the sending of unsolicited facsimile advertisements.
The Law Foundation is a non-profit agency that provides free legal services to Silicon Valley individuals in need. http://www.lawfoundation.org
